The Client Advocate has primary responsibility for providing crisis intervention peer counseling to women facing pregnancy decisions. The Client Advocate will also be responsible for administrative duties and operations supporting our full lifecycle of client care, which includes maintaining case management files in the database; making follow-up calls to clients; and supporting weekly team-shared support of responding to client calls for appointments.
